01.05.2006 - ATE has significantly expanded its brake disc range for Porsche cars. Some 200 items are now available for around 90 different models built between 1963 and the present day.With immediate effect, ATE now offers a product range with 30 new items for popular Porsche models old and new. For example, the range now covers the entire 911 series (including 964, 993, 996 and 997) from 1963 to the present day. “And we also have brake discs for less common models such as the 924, 924S, 928, 944 and 968 in the range,” reports Christoph Stegemann, Product Manager Friction.

Of course, Porsche's current models have not been neglected, either. Brake discs for the Porsche Cayenne with popular engine options, the Boxster (987) and the Porsche Cayman are already available. The matching pads are either already available or will be introduced in the course of this year. “We'll be happy to supply customers with a list of the current ATE range for Porsche models on request,” Stegemann says, before going on to explain the benefits for customers: “You can buy all your Porsche parts from one source instead of dealing with different suppliers. Tried and tested genuine ATE quality is particularly important in the high-performance brake system of a Porsche. Drivers should avoid using low-cost products on these cars and instead focus clearly on quality and performance.”
